You don’t have to know everything about construction and design. That’s why we are here. In cooperation, we bring your idea to life, from scratch to a complete solution.

GAMECAN

The computer game development studio in Pärnu, Gamecan, is perhaps best characterized by the word in their name – gaming and playfulness. When Gamecan moved into their new, spacious, modern offices, they wanted a custom-made conference table that could comfortably seat 15-20 people for collaborative work. First, we created a 3D model of the room and table for the client to provide the best possible visualization of the final result. The table is surface-coated, bordered with trim made from oak grown in Estonia, and welded onto a reinforced base frame to ensure maximum rigidity. The total weight of the table is approximately 300 kg. In addition to the conference table, we also created a unique dining table for the game developers, consisting of six symmetrical sections. These sections can be arranged in various combinations to adjust the table's size according to their needs. Since Gamecan's team is highly international, they wanted a unique world map in the studio where they could mark the origins of their team members. We made them a cork world map: we cut out a whiteboard, shaped it as desired, and painted it. The dark grey area was laser-cut from cork, painted, and glued piece by piece to form the world map.

TALLINN SECONDARY SCHOOL OF SCIENCE

One of Tallinn's oldest schools, Reaalkool, founded in 1881, has preserved both its period-accurate exterior and its neoclassical interior. The distinguished interior design sets high standards for the furniture as well. A custom-made shelf was created for Reaalkool students to store their backpacks, designed to match the existing furniture while also taking into account the building’s structural peculiarities. When designing the shelf, we had to consider that one corner needed to be cut out, and the other two made for a slanted surface. At the same time, we had to account for the building’s slope to ensure the shelf remained level. The shelves were secured to the wall. We used durable oak veneer boards as the material. In total, we made four shelves (two sets). The final touches were done on-site to ensure a precise result.

ST. NICHOLAS' CHURCH

From the recently renovated upper floor of St. Nicholas' Church, there is a magnificent view of Tallinn's Old Town. After riding up in a glass elevator, visitors can admire the view and rest on benches created by TerasTamm. The benches, featuring wooden structures and metal coverings, are powder-coated, with the seating area covered in soft felt. Although it may seem like a simple design at first glance, it is a geometrically quite complex shape. But we love challenges! We are very proud to have created something so lasting for a cultural heritage site in the capital. For those who wish to see, touch, and try out the benches for themselves, the upper floor of St. Nicholas' Church, along with the custom-made benches, awaits you!

EPOXY

We enjoy it when a client comes with a clear vision of a design, and we can help bring that solution to life through collaboration. Epoxy, for example, is a material that offers design enthusiasts many possibilities to create unique and personalized solutions. We have crafted coffee tables where the bright and exotic epoxy is balanced by solid oak wood from the Estonian soil. In our work, we use the highest quality epoxy resin, which is waterproof and does not turn yellow over time. We have also created both natural-looking and modern ceiling lamps, where the electronics are encased in epoxy. This design gives the lamp a very compact, cosy, and unique appearance. One of our signature products is epoxy chessboards. Each item is carefully polished to a mirror finish.

LASER ENGRAVING

Laser engraving is a quick, simple, and affordable way to create personalized products. We have produced a variety of name-engraved jewellery, corporate souvenirs, Christmas and birthday gifts, gift cards, certificates of appreciation, souvenirs, phone holders, and much more. The only limit here is your imagination! Additionally, we create laser-engraved photos, which make for a very unique and special gift for your closest loved ones. Every item truly shines in the environment that surrounds it, and we take this into account during the design process. We tailor the laser-engraved product to fit your desired space, whether it’s a private yacht, a log cabin in the woods, or a modern apartment in the city.

CNC CUTTING

If we can put your idea on paper, we can cut it out of any material! Custom furniture, farm signs, boxes of various sizes, shapes, and designs, large and small interior elements – with the help of a CNC machine, we can create a wide variety of design solutions made from wood, metal, or other materials according to your preferences. Our collection of CNC-created designs is constantly growing. And if a particular design is missing, we always do our best to create it.

3D PRINTING

Many everyday organizational and practical problems can be solved with 3D printing. For example, we have created a holder for safety glasses in a workshop, a mount for a turbo pressure gauge, a special box for storing a soldering iron, accessories for a slackliner, and more. A memorable gift idea is a 3D-printed lamp that, when lit, reveals a beautiful image, a sweet message, or other custom designs inside. 3D printing is the best way to create models, as it allows for detailed and colorful representation of the planned object, closely resembling the future structure. We have designed and printed multi-part models for both research purposes and architectural firms. One of our funniest projects was a custom-made gift where the client wanted a SpongeBob SquarePants sponge holder. In addition to the holder, we also created a sponge collection, where we laser-engraved SpongeBob's expressions onto the sponges.

OUTDOOR GAMES AND ACCESSORIES

Have you ever tried playing life-sized Jenga? If not, it’s time you do! We guarantee it will make any outdoor party much more fun! We love bringing more entertainment to outdoor events. We've created various games that test your accuracy, speed, strength, coordination, or even just a good eye. The crowning touch for warm summer evenings (and even crisp winter parties) is striking lighting. For example, we have made illuminated shapes, letters, and more for wedding celebrations. You give us the idea, and we will offer the design, create the solution, handle the electrical work, and, if needed, help with installation.

VARIA

The client’s wish is our command. We have created many custom solutions that often don’t fit into any specific category but have won our hearts with their purpose, cleverness, or cool design. Projects related to children are always close to our hearts. For instance, we created a custom-made weatherproof noticeboard for the Sinilind kindergarten in Tallinn. A fun collection of planter boxes also went to the same kindergarten, allowing the little ones to grow plants together with their teachers. We have also crafted a lot of Montessori-style furniture that supports children’s independent skills (like a bookshelf, handwashing stool, and a three-in-one cube chair). We’ve even put ourselves in the paws of a rabbit and designed a rabbit cage. Since the cage was meant for indoor use, it required special attention to finishing – it needed to be visually pleasing, durable, safe, and comfortable for the pet, while also convenient for its owner.
